| To qualify for farmer rate premium all of the following conditions must be satisfied |

Practice farming within the State |
| 2 |
Reside within 70 miles of the plantation |
| 3 |
Own, lease or be in joint management of at least 3 hectares of an agricultural holding |
| 4 |
Derive at least 25% of their income from farming in the State in one of the 3 years prior to completion of the afforestation and provide documentary evidence of same |
